Parking Garages

Waterproofing Membranes for Parking Garages

Concrete flooring and surfaces in parking garages need protection against the elements and heavy vehicles. Without proper protection, concrete decks will be exposed to chemicals, water, and the freezing and thawing of water.

We equip both old and new parking garage surfaces to provide them with a high wearing, protective, waterproof coating system, improving the integrity of your parking garage and making it easy to clean and maintain. Our approach makes parking garage surfaces durable, safe, and long-lasting. We offer the following services:

We use Elastomeric floor coating systems. As a flexible membrane, this coating is waterproof, traffic bearing, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain, preserving the life cycle of your concrete slab. It protects surfaces from liquids seeping through them and prevents surfaces from cracking upon impact.

Parking garages are made of concrete slabs that are joined together by control joints. These control joints shift and move because of thermal cycling caused by hot and cold weather. Flexible caulking allows this movement while preventing these slabs from cracking and letting water through them. When prepared properly, joint caulking has a tenacious bond and impenetrable waterproofing capability.

Whether your parking garage is old or new, Pristine Surfaces uses all of the latest and greatest in technology and equipment to mechanically prepare concrete for optimum adhesion. All of our equipment is OSHA approved, modern, and state-of-the-art. We use preparation equipment and dust reclamation systems to ensure that your parking garage is safe.
