We look at the environment and the exposures of the environment to uncover the hidden causes of concrete degradation and contamination. Then we identify potential risks that could shut down your facility. During this process we test for concrete humidity levels; vapor drive and climate control; and look closely at materials, chemicals, and the ingredients being used within each production area.

We precisely plan our project logistics to coincide with customer downtimes, often working three shifts around the clock to meet customer needs.

We apply the knowledge, technologies, and skill to ensure we deliver the optimal floor system that will more than handle its environment and extend the lifecycle of the concrete. While some competitors attempt to clean away contaminants with surface wiping, we use state-of-the-art equipment. In some cases we remove affected and contaminated layers to clean and profile the concrete, even in the hard-to-reach areas. When installing we work diligently with the operations team to stabilize the environment to produce a warm, dry facility and concrete surface.

Our flooring systems are designed using product technologies that withstand abuse and are resistant to chemicals and bacterial contamination.
